Notice Regarding Contractual Work

I am available to take on some smaller projects from July 2010, but due to contractual and availability limitations I am unable to take on some types of work until January 2011. Please contact me for further details - I can suggest alternatives if I cannot help and I always like to hear from past contacts, colleagues and customers.

Direct Contact

Key contacts (UR, JK, MJ, AP) have alternative contact methods for use in emergencies and can therefore forward urgent messages on request.

If you do not have my email address, try my yahoo.co.uk email address, username: tonychunguk. You will not find me on Facebook unless you are already friends with one of my friends.

The best way to contact me is by mobile, as I am rarely at one of my desks. Calls are handled by an automated system that may generate unusual ring tone behaviour and can take up to 30 seconds to connect even though the line may sound like it is ringing. Do not withhold your number or the system may reject your call.

Bailrigg FM

In the event of an emergency involving the FM transmitter, transmission systems, silence detector, backup audio, air conditioning, station cabling or extended power outage then please contact me. If it involves the studio computers, rack room servers or computer network then please contact the Systems Administrator. If it involves licensing or any issue to do with presenter conduct then please contact the Station Manager.

All other faults are considered non-urgent, and must instead be reported to the 'faults' email address. Backup audio systems should kick in if the studios break, check EXT1 inputs. The presenter trainer should be contacted if you don't know how to use the equipment properly.

The porters can provide emergency access to the station for authorised persons.
